Brief Introduction

The rotary dryer is mainly used in mineral processing, cement, clay, agriculture, construction, metallurgy, chemistry and other industries to remove moisture from materials. Its fuel is anthracite, combustible gas, and biomass fuel. The drying temperature reaches 700℃–800℃. The humidity after drying can reach within 0.5%–1%.

Working Principle

Working Principle

When the material enters the cylinder and moves along the axial direction of the cylinder, it is subject to heat transfer by the cylinder on the one hand, and on the other hand it is lifted up by the lifting plate and exchanges heat with the hot air during its fall.

When the wet material is heated, the water is evaporated, gradually reducing the moisture content.

    Long Service Life

    The roller body is made of high-grade alloy steel plate to extend the service life by more than 3 times. The feed end is welded with a spiral plate (to facilitate feeding), the middle of the cylinder is welded with lifting plates, and the discharge end is welded with an annular material blocking ring (to prevent the material from being thrown out before reaching humidity).

    High Drying Efficiency

    Multiple combination lifting plates can fully contact the clay with heat, eliminate the adhesion phenomenon on the inner cylinder wall, improve drying efficiency, and ensure that the final moisture content is below 0.5–1%. According to the humidity and grain type, the shape and angle of the lifting plates need to be selected (90°, 135°, 150°, etc.).

    Automatic Control

    Using an automated control system, different heating temperatures and heating times can be configured according to drying requirements, which can effectively control the moisture content of the finished product.

    Strong Sealing

    There are generally 200 stainless steel sheets, which vary from model to model. They have good elasticity and heat resistance and can track and adapt to the beating of the cylinder during operation. It has good sealing performance and can reduce heat loss.
